In more recent years we have noticed a trend of families spending more time at home socialising and spending time. This has incited a surge in outbuilding conversion projects to provide families with the perfect space for them. Further, there has been a recent planning change in relation to the conversion of old, redundant buildings into residential units which makes the process far simpler.  This can be a quicker and more cost effective way to create additional residential floor area. Planning permission and Architectural drawings are not always required for internal or cosmetic refurbishment works. However, undertaking building works, removing walls or swapping rooms around can be confusing and it can be difficult to visualise the end result. Having Architectural plans and 3D designs drawn up in the very early stages can very quickly and cost effectively provide a visual demonstrate your refurbishment ideas before any large monies have been spent.
