Our Story
Hawkins & Hawkins is a family run RICS regulated Surveying and Architectural design practice servicing the South East including East Sussex, Kent, Surrey and London. As a practice we offer a broad spectrum of services which gives us the unique opportunity of being able to offer advice and guidance above that of standard architecture advice. Our building team regularly works closely with us on projects to ensure that our drawings can come to life.
Our scope of work includes new builds, extensions, outbuilding conversions, interior schemes and full heritage refurbishments. Every project is approached as a bespoke design exercise, supported by full planning, listed building and building reg applications in-house, so the design, the consents and the technical detail all sit with the same team.

We specialise in unique one-off residential new builds and pride ourselves in creating bespoke designs tailored entirely to your wants and needs.

Outbuilding Conversions
In recent years we've noticed a trend of families spending more time at home, which has led to a surge in outbuilding conversion projects to create the perfect space for them.
A recent planning change has also simplified the conversion of old, redundant buildings into residential units - a quicker and more cost-effective way to create additional residential floor area.

Interior Design & Refurbish
Planning permission and architectural drawings aren't always required for internal or cosmetic refurbishment works. However, when undertaking building works, removing walls or swapping rooms it can be difficult to visualise the end result. Having architectural plans and 3D designs prepared early is a quick and cost effective way to see your ideas before any significant spend.
We also offer a bespoke interior design service outside of our standard architectural/3D drawing services which you can find below, should this service better reflect your needs.
